At Optimiste, we believe wine is much more than a drink, it’s an expression of the land, a labour of love for you to share. It pairs not only with good food, but with great stories: the ones we each make, the ones we inherit and the ones we’ll create together.
25 years ago we planted our vineyard, since then we’ve added sheep, cattle, trees and bees to our story.
We strive to bring a sense of optimism to the table, guided by the values of our emblem, the unicorn, the universal symbol of hope and a reminder to always try to see your glass as half full.

A classic expression of Cabernet Sauvignon with maturity and structure. Full-bodied and refined, this wine shows depth and elegance, with firm tannins now softening into a long, savoury finish.
Rich blackcurrant and cassis lead into notes of dark plum, cedar, tobacco and dried herbs. Time in bottle has added complexity while preserving freshness and balance.
